Cambridge Coaching Terms

By recording your card details here, you agree that Cambridge Coaching will charge your card at your tutor's hourly rate on a pay-as-you-go basis.

• Cancellations: We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Sessions canceled or modified within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be charged in full. If a student is more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled session, it will be assumed that the session is canceled as a no show, and you will be charged for the full scheduled time.
• Refunds: The credit on your account never expires. Cash refunds can only be made for unused hours within 30 days of the purchase. In the case of a partial refund on a discounted package, you will not be refunded the discounted amount.
• Hourly fees: All of our tutoring and coaching is billed hourly according to usage at the tutor’s rate. Session length is at the mutual discretion of the student and the tutor. You will be billed for what you use, not what you schedule.
• Admissions coaching: All of our admissions coaching work entails a combination of live consultation (phone or video) and offline time for the coach to work on your materials. Some of our admissions services also include huddles for your coaches to coordinate your admissions plan.
• Activity record: You can monitor your session statements, schedule, and notes by logging into your online account at online.cambridgecoaching.com.
